I have used HarnessLand for the last couple of years and the turnaround has always been quick and the customer service top notch.
Having issues with my last order, missing UPS package 1 - small Harness that I have paid for yet not received.  I have a claim with UPS for 2 smalls that we didn't receive, however, one was shipped Fed X and the other supposedly shipped UPS Tracking 1Z0141910344962055.  This started 02-21-22  and nothing.

I just recently ordered a Guardian Cyclone HUV harness with quick connect buckles. Super nice harness for the price. Upon receiving it in did my initial inspection as one should always do. The harness was manufactured in 2015. So from the time I received it and haven't put it on yet, it's already almost halfway through it's shelf life. I am not going to be ordering again unless I can verify that the fall protection device was manufactured within one year of purchasing.

Ordered a couple Cyclone Harnesses for our small roofing company, all our guys liked them so i went and ordered 6 more and some other safety gear!

Only suggestion i have is that you could maybe offer commercial client discounts or discounts for purchases over $ 1.000 to create incentives for small businesses to buy from you.

No complaints !
