Johnathan has always been courteous and  quick to reply fulfilling  my orders, following up with updates. I have used this product for 15 years and was a repair location for Guardian retractables for 7+ years.

I ordered a 30' Guardian self retracting lifeline. This is the second one that I purchased thrugh Harnessland.
Product was as advertised, website was good and easy to use and the shipping and delivery were very fast.
I think the unit was shipped out the same day as ordered as I received it in two days from order. I will use this company again.

Harnessland was vey good to do business with. They offered a nice website with detailed product information and pricing. Once order was placed, shipping was very quick and I had the product with two days. Will use this company again in the future.
